Jenny has been working in the real estate industry since 2005. She began her career in property management and soon discovered her passion for all aspects of real estate. In 2015, Jenny opened her own real estate brokerage and incorporated property management through RPM, enjoying the opportunity to work with her family. To further her education, she pursued an MBA from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad School of Business and graduated in May 2021.
Michelle Gharib
Office Manager
Michelle graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Civil Engineering in 2011. After a few years in the field, she received her real estate license in 2014. Understanding the real estate business and how each transaction can differ has helped her immensely when acting as Silverstone’s office manager. She handles all aspects of business transactions, marketing, and accounting.

Betsy has been in residential real estate for over 30 years. She has experience in everything you could imagine, including residential sales, investment properties, developing new homes, and property management. She has priceless experience and is an invaluable resource to this team, as she has dealt with every possible issue and knows how to solve any problem. This makes her the perfect person to have around for any of our clients interested in growing their real estate investment portfolios.
Mark Abro
Internal Sales Director
Mark has worked in sales and customer service his entire life. He loves working with people and helping them achieve their goals. He became passionate about real estate as he saw through his wife (Betsy) and children (Jenny, Michelle, and Matt) the happiness it can bring people. Mark is now the Internal Sales Director and the resident “do everything man.” There is nothing he won’t do to help his family and our clients.
